MarsCon 2026 will begin accepting Vendor Room applications on March 1, 2025. Any applications submitted prior to March 1, 2025, will be rejected.
All applications received between March 1 and May 31 will be reviewed and considered for Mars Con 2026. Vendors will be notified via email by June 15, 2025, if they are selected or placed on the waitlist. Any applications received after June 1 will be added to the waitlist. If a vendor space becomes open after June 15th, the dealers room coordinator will offer the opening to vendor(s) from the existing waitlist via email. Applications are not considered on a first come first serve basis and previous participation in Mars Con does not guarantee acceptance into Mars Con 2026. The review committee will strive to balance the room to ensure a variety of item types and price ranges.
Tables Spaces are 6ft X 6ft and comes with 2 membership per Table Space. Additional Memberships can be purchased at $35 each.
For Mars Con 2026, we have a limited number of 6×6 spaces outside of the Vendor Room for vendors who want to operate outside of the set Vendor Room hours. These spaces are open to the public throughout the convention and are not secured. Please indicate on your application if you are interested in vending outside of the Vendor’ Room.
